I had a wheel fail on my older Honda mower & called Open Road Honda to see If I could get it in for wheel replacement. They said to bring it in. When I arrived I was immediately greeted & asked what I needed. One of the service personnel found the correct replacement wheels (I had both back wheels replaced). He then proceeded to immediately work on my mower. While waiting for 10-15 minutes I had no less than 4 employees walk by & ask if I was being helped! In a short time my mower was ready & the serviceman had also greased the wheels. It now rolls like new! I had excellent service from Open Road Honda!

I love my 2024 Honda Rubicon 520!! I got a snow plow with it and very happy on how easy it is to use the plow! The new Rubicon graphics rock! Dusty made the purchase easy and fat, 10 minutes and I was out the door!

Purchased a new Honda 3200i and there were issues with starting, particularly above 2,000 feet. The dealership loaned us a 2200 invertor/generator to use while sorting out the warranty issues on the new generator. Thanks to Dusty and his team for their great service and working out the bugs with the 3200i.

Took Rancher in for no start due to those annoying things called mice. Thanks to the service dept Rancher runs good now!

Thanks to Shawn and his guys for not giving up on the 1999 Honda bf130. Then engine has been running for 3 years at 4700 RPM and others either didn't want to touch it or couldn't figure it out. Turns out a valve adjustment recovered 800 RPM and it now runs at 5500 RPM. Thanks for your diligent efforts to revive the engine!!

I was on my way back from Idaho to Illinois. Stopped in Bismarck for gas and saw that the rear tire was down to the cords (poor planning on my part). I Googled "Honda motorcycle dealer Bismarck" and Open Road Honda came up in the search, 3 miles away. Steve answered the phone, it was 5:30 PM and he didn't have the correct tire in stock but dropped everything and called around to find one. Called me back in 10 minutes and said "We open at 9:00 AM but I need to go pick up the tire, so be here about 9:45 and we'll get you on the bench right away." Next morning I pulled into the shop and they had me on the road in an hour. Also enjoyed meeting and talking with the other great guys in the showroom and at the service desk. This couldn't have happened to me in a better place. As an out-of-towner, I was treated very fairly and they prioritized me because they knew I was traveling. A lot of people wouldn't treat a stranger half this well. You have a beautiful showroom and a class act in the service department with a great staff. Keep up the good work!

I am new to dirt biking. I visited every dealership in Bis/Man and now only go to Open Road for all my service and accessories purchases. I realize that Dana is actually in bike sales, but he has always made time for me with advice and tips regarding your products and biking in general. He is the primary reason that I continue to return to Open Road over other local outfits and online store options.

We were traveling and our Goldwing needed an oil change, my wife called and spoke to Shawn, he got us in the same day. When we got there he was out to lunch but the rest of the crew got us in and out in less then an hour. I really appreciated the prompt service since we are traveling and didn't want to wait around. I just returned from a trip to northern Alberta and British Columbia and had a great ride.The F6B performed great other than the seat, but I did put on a few miles in the saddle.
